1. Overview
This policy applies to all purchases made through ratedsuppliers.com.
2. Nature of our products
Everything we sell is a digital, informational product — supplier contact lists and, for the Elite Bundle, a resell guide — delivered instantly on the confirmation page after payment. We don't sell physical goods.
3. All sales are final
Because your content unlocks instantly and can be viewed immediately after checkout, we don't offer refunds for a change of mind once the confirmation page has been viewed.
4. Our replacement guarantee
If a supplier listed in your purchase turns out to be unresponsive, delisted, or has invalid contact information, email us the details within 30 days of your purchase and we'll provide a verified replacement supplier at no extra cost.
5. Non-delivery or technical issues
If your payment succeeded but you couldn't access your content because of a technical error on our end, contact support and we'll fix it or issue a refund.
6. EU/UK right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)), the standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun, provided you expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so. Because our content unlocks immediately upon completing checkout, completing checkout constitutes that request and acknowledgment.
